Our Storyhouse: How Do We Want to Memorialise Our Stories?
We’re excited to invite you to a very special consultation event focused on memorializing African heritage stories in Bristol. This event is hosted by the Bristol Legacy Foundation (BLF) and is an opportunity for our African heritage communities to actively shape the vision for "Our Storyhouse" – a planned cultural space designed to document and celebrate the rich, dynamic narratives of African heritage in our community.

About the Event
This gathering is more than an update; it’s a chance for you to shape how African heritage will be celebrated and remembered in Bristol. We’ll share updates on our work since the M Shed launch in March, and discuss our plans to establish a memorial at Cascade Steps, our vision for the next decade, and initial ideas for Storyhouse’s design.

This event is for African heritage communities in Bristol and all those passionate about African-led reparatory justice, cultural heritage, and the importance of storytelling.
Accessibility and Parking
